All our Hot Yoga classes are open to all levels of ability. First time students are welcome to any class.                                   There are no separate advanced or beginner classes. This means that the teaching method in every single class on our schedule is always for the beginner student who doesn’t have any yoga experience. Our Hot Yoga Class is appropriate for beginners, and also still challenging for seasoned yoga practitioners.   

 All classes are a series of 26 Hatha Yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises in the Ghosh – Bikram Tradition. Designed to truly work the entire body, the Hot Yoga class is balanced, thorough and challenging. It is an exhilarating workout done in a room heated 98 to 105 degrees, to help the muscles stretch safely and detoxify the body through sweating. Over the years we have seen up close the powerful effects on health, mobility and well being that a regular Hot Yoga practice offers to students of all ages, shapes, sizes and walks of life. 

Regular yoga practice stimulates and balances the endocrine, nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems. It alleviates pain and symptoms of chronic illness. It increases strength, stamina and flexibility. It calms and unclutters the mind so one can begin to realize the deeper knowledge and potential within oneself.

Bring a bottle of water, large towel and a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, for your first “Intro: 8 days unlimited yoga”, our studio will provide you one. Wear light stretch clothing. Remember the room is heated so you will sweat a lot! Come with an empty stomach and well hydrated. Just show up for any class. New students please come at least 15 minutes before the class to register.
